Keaton celebrated his birthday early so he could do it with his best fried Dawson this year. They each got these Wolverine claws, they were huge.. it was funny. First they went to see the movie all together, then rented all the xman movies and then came home to open the claws..He's funny.

The dress on the top I did with my first pattern. It took all day to figure it out, but now I can do a bunch. The green one I made my own pattern with that one..

This is so funny! Ike and I got this at the commissary this weekend for the dog. He's never had anything like this before, so he didnt know what to do with it really. When Ike took the picture he said we have to put wheres Ike on here with it..Funny dog

Sacked out!

This was keaton after his carnival this weekend at his school. He was so upset by Sunday when I finally told him that he had to wash it off.. But he said, "But mom there wont be another carnival till next year!" Guess he was trying to convice me to keep it on till then!..lol

Little Girls!

I have to write something about being a mom to a little girl. Yesterday I was really overwhelmed with her or maybe that's not the right word, emotional is better. I was sitting at my makeup mirror putting on my makeup with her on my lap and she was looking in the mirror trying to grab all the make up and smiling at her reflection and a thought came into my head. How life truly makes circles! Here I am with my little girl finally sitting on my lap putting on my makeup, when some of my favorite memories are of sitting next to my mom and Joni watching them put theirs on so many times, and still do. I have always loved to talk and sit by them while they get ready. It just really made me realize how life gives back sometimes. When your in the middle of a huge decision in your life at times, and you think that its never gonna get better, or its the right thing to do, like adoption, you have to trust and know that it will get better, and life will make things right on both ends!

Oh Cakeballs!

The first ones are Chocolate Covered Strawberry, second are Carrot Cake with vanilla frosting with nuts inside. The last ones are Lemon with Vanilla frosting with white chocolate inside. Aren't they just purty! I make a bunch and freeze the balls and leave them in the freezer and coat them later. Work out really well. I sold a bunch at my garage sale last weekend 4 for a 1.00! Thanks mom for the idea!
